Neurological complications of AIDS

This lecture presents data about neurological complications in AIDS patients, which occur in 50–60 % of cases. Most common are encephalitis, meningitis, meningoencephalitis, polyneuropathy, myelopathy, myopathy. Etiopathogenetic mechanisms of these complications, clinical picture, treatment and prognosis are also analyzed.Downloads
