The data being obtained made it possible to predict the risk of postoperative complications in cardiac surgery patients. Before surgery on the heart it is necessary to examine thoroughly the state of neurological functions and cerebral hemodynamics to assess the risk of perioperative neurologic complications with the use of methods of drug prevention.
