About 40 % of the optic nerve atrophies are associated with neurological pathology. Etiological factors and the significance of some parameters of the influence were studied. Brain tumors are number one among central nervous system disorders, which lead to optic nerve atrophy. Among ophthalmic factors, vascular factor is the first one. The prognostic significance of the main parameters that have influence on the early diagnosis of the disease was investigated.Downloads
