Abstract

The article presents modern definitions, formulation of a diagnosis of traumatic brain injury, the main approaches to conservative therapy, draws attention to the use of Cerebrolysin for faster regression of neurological organic deficit, reducing headache severity, improving cognitive functions resulting from traumatic brain injury. The lecture is designed for junior neurologists, neurosurgeons and traumatologists, neurologists trainees, neurosurgeons of thematic advanced training and precertification training, emergency doctors, general practitioners and family physicians.
