Abstract

The article deals with one of the most pressing problems in neurology — the treatment of patients with vertebrogenic pain syndromes. In this pathology, the use of anti-inflammatory drugs is pathogenetically substantiated. The authors provide data of their own research on the effectiveness and safety of Zerodol (aceclofenac) in the combination therapy of patients with vertebrogenic reflex pain syndromes in the lumbosacral spine in comparison with diclofenac sodium therapy.
